POLKA DOTS

One of the current trends for summer 2018 is the polka dot print. I found this black, mesh, polka dot top while browsing in H&M in London, and it has become one of my go-to’s when choosing an outfit. This is how I like to style the polka dot print.

Outfit #1

I paired the top with a copper toned skirt. However, the gold belt and shoes tie the look together and give it a summery vibe.

Outfit #2

This outfit consists of the same polka dot shirt, a pair of check trousers (another one of my favourite all-around-the-year trends) a black belt with silver details to highlight the waist and some high-heeled sandals for a more put-together look. To keep the silver vibe going, I added a pair of hoop earrings and a watch.

Outfit #3

This last look is more on the casual side of the wardrobe. I paired the polka dot shirt with a plain pair of black shorts and some comfortable shoes. I added a pop of colour with a vibrant, red lip stain from Sephora in the shade 01.

There is an obvious lack of bags and purses in this outfit post, as I am currently living out of a suitcase. But still, I hope you enjoyed this article and will stay tuned for more.
