I’ve struggled in the past with holding myself accountable and keeping my resolutions too, from setting out to go to the gym on a regular basis to eating heathy and implementing a good routine to keep me on track.
What was the issue? Well, I was setting myself up for failure by writing down a list of unrealistic resolutions instead of taking it easy, step by step, in order to achieve those goals.
